Grid Stays is the short-let property management brand of Urban Gate Property Solutions Ltd — a registered company based in Whaddon, Milton Keynes (Companies House No. 16201741).

When we spotted that every single short-let management agency in MK was outsourcing their maintenance and cleaning to third-party contractors, we saw an opportunity. We already had the maintenance team — Urban Gate had been maintaining residential and commercial properties across MK since 2025. So we built the management layer on top.

The result is Grid Stays: a short-let management service with an in-house maintenance team that responds in hours, not days — and passes costs through at actual cost, with no agency markup.
